Innovation, Expertise, and Experiencenamensaktie.de GmbH was founded in 1999 in Dresden with the aim of developing a web-based registration system tailored specifically to non-listed stock corporations. By the year 2000, the first functional version was already introduced – featuring an innovative verification and cancellation process in accordance with §13 of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG), a share journal-based accounting system built on the principles of double-entry bookkeeping, and integrated support for over-the-counter share trading.
Following an intensive testing phase under real-world conditions, namensaktie.de GmbH launched regular operations as an Application Service Provider in 2007. Since then, under the brand name evolAr, the company has been providing a comprehensive share register system, along with consulting services and technical support, to non-listed stock corporations.
Today, the company focuses on the continuous development of its software, the implementation of current legal requirements, and the distribution of evolAr. With a deliberately lean team of three employees, namensaktie.de GmbH ensures the highest standards of discretion and security when handling sensitive personal data.
