The core system consists of three components and is provided as a rental solution:


1. Consulting

“Share” – one term, many meanings. Whether it refers to a membership right, a security, or an ownership interest – the ambiguity of the term often causes confusion and leads to a growing need for reliable information. Especially when it comes to share issuance, certificate production, numbering systems, or proper registration, many encounter incomplete or hard-to-find guidance.

The integrated consulting service provides reliable, well-founded answers to all organizational questions surrounding share register management, issuance, certification, or even a strategic decision to forgo certification. Especially valuable: At the start of the contract, a one-time analysis of your current share issuance process is included – along with individual suggestions for improvement, ensuring greater clarity and efficiency from day one.



2. Managed Share Register Server

The share register server enables the maintenance of a shareholder register under German law via a platform-independent web interface.
The software provides GoBD- and GDPR-compliant shareholder accounting with consistent mapping of all transactions to certificate accounts – regardless of whether the shares are actually certificated. A well-designed voucher accounting system supports the registrar in proper documentation.

The system is enhanced by a powerful journal: certificate accounts with shares and personal accounts with certificates are recorded on both debit and credit sides. The clearly structured linking logic of the integrated share journal ensures seamless and convenient tracking of share movements.

As a web application with finely tuned access rights, the share register server is ideal for external registrars – such as employees, auditors, tax advisors, or legal counsel. Even shareholders can benefit: With role-based access granted by the registrar, they can securely view their holdings and independently manage their master data in compliance with data protection regulations.

3. Certification Service

A complete avoidance of certification is not always legally possible or may not be strategically desirable. For issuing non-listed share certificates, using a standard word processing system with mail merge capability is often a practical solution.
The certification service integrated into the share register server makes all required certification variables available in a universal tabular format. It also supports the certification process by documenting every step – from printing and scanning to delivery or mailing and even archiving of the receipt confirmation – and reinforces this with helpful reminders.

The core system can be expanded with additional tools if needed. Many of these extensions originate from specific client requirements or inspiring practical ideas. After successful testing, they are incorporated into the regular offering.

evolAr Administrator Tools


For almost any task beyond the scope of daily share register operations, an extensive set of administrator tools is available – either already developed or ready for rapid deployment.

These specialized tools are exclusively used by the assigned client advisor. Due to their infrequent use, they are typically included in the basic service package.
